1. Acceptance of Terms

3.4 Currency

All transactions on movbit.vip are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and conversion fees may apply.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, movbit.vip and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your movbit.vip account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and movbit.vip. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with our withdrawal policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or failure to provide requested verification documents. In the event of termination, we will return any remaining balance in your account, minus any amounts owed to us, unless the termination is due to fraudulent activity or other serious misconduct.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the movbit.vip Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
